Great customer service from the start of the booking process right through to returning the Van. Mieke was pleasant, professional and a great person to deal with, a credit to her Business. We rented Ben Macdui VW LWB Campervan for 3 nights. Mieke explained fully all the functions of the van. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights at Grampians aire campsite. The facilities at the site are scrupulously clean. The kitchenette and shower block is well equipped. The campsite has lovely views and is not far to Huntly for the supermarket and of course Deans shortbreads. Mieke was very welcoming and chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend both hiring one of their vans and also staying on their campsite/aire. Many thanks Mieke and Jan

We found Grampian quite last minute and are so grateful to have stumbled across them - everything was excellent from start to finish. Mieke was super helpful advising us on which vans we should hire, the vans were in impeccable condition, Mieke was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our trip. The site is a little out of the way so her and Jan drove us the 10ish mins to and from the nearest train station and were really warm, friendly company. Couldn’t recommend more!
