Great customer service from the start of the booking process right through to returning the Van. Mieke was pleasant, professional and a great person to deal with, a credit to her Business. The Van was top quality and so well organised it made our trip away seamless. This was our first Campervan hire and couldn’t have picked a better company to deal with. We had a fantastic experience with Grampian Campervan Hire from start to finish. We had a few logistical issues around insurance before the trip, and Mieke was incredibly helpful in guiding us through everything. She went out of her way to make sure we could still go ahead with the journey, which we really appreciated. The campsite is very easy to find on Google Maps and is just about 15 minutes away from Huntly. When we arrived, Mieke was already there waiting for us, so there was no delay at all. As first-time campers, we found her explanation of everything very clear and reassuring. She took the time to walk us through all the essentials and shared her number, encouraging us to call anytime if we needed help. The return process was just as smooth, quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. Overall, it was a 10 on 10 experience. A lovely couple to deal with, and a special thanks again to Mieke for being so supportive and accommodating. We will definitely be going back and recommending them to our friends.
