A little about us
We are Jan and Mieke Guijt, both born in the Netherlands. We moved to Scotland in 2006, and have never looked back as we both fell in love with the country.
Over the years, many of our friends and family have come to visit, and like us also really enjoyed exploring Scotland.
We enjoyed our campervan adventures so much that we decided to turn our passion into a business, to provide the opportunity for others to explore this beautiful country too.
There is no better way to explore Scotland than in your own mini house on wheels, at your own pace, easily stopping where and when you want to.
We enjoy touring across the Highlands and north east Scotland, and are more than happy to help you plan your route, as well as giving you tips for finding the most beautiful and interesting places off the beaten track.
Our satisfaction comes from knowing each customer has had the best time possible, creating memories to last a lifetime whilst exploring from the comfort of our vans.

Father and sons trip, Mount Keen Had an amazing few days in the Mount Keen campervan with my two boys. Don’t hesitate to book with Grampian Campervan hire! We hired a dog friendly camper van from Mieke in the autumn and the experience was so good we ended up buying one from her too! We absolutely loved dealing with Mieke, she was dedicated and knowledgeable about all aspects of her vans and keeps them in fantastic condition. The hire and purchase process were both really straight forward and Mieke went out of her way to help us. We would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants to hire or buy a campervan.
