Orkney and Shetland

In one word, fantastic; to rent a campervan from Mieke at Grampian Campervan Hire. We drove around in 'Ben Hope' a VW T6 for 5 days. A very nice campervan, very easy to drive (even for us Dutch people who are used to having the steering wheel on the other side). And for us also very easy to get an explanation in Dutch. The campervan is very clean, very neat and is fully equipped. Mieke has thought about everything and everything is super organized. Also the prices are very reasonable. Mieke is so nice and enthusiastic, very helpful and easily accessible for questions and information. We will certainly hire again and recommend Grampian Campervan Hire to anyone wanting a wonderful and beautiful roadtrip in Scotland!

Mieke was incredibly warm and welcoming, seeking to accommodate us at every step and very responsive throughout the week we spent in two of her campers. We texted a couple of times with questiona and she called back straightaway to help. Campers were also in tip-top condition and very well-stocked with everything we could need. Such a lovely time!

Winter campervan hire My husband, our 2 children and I have just returned from a few days away in one of Grampian Campervan Hire’s Fiat Ducato campers and we had a wonderful time. Mieke was friendly, welcoming, organised and so helpful. The van was in good condition and very clean with loads of helpful bits and bobs like games for children, a shopping bag, toilet roll etc. as well as the usuals like pots and pans and also good written instructions. Mieke was also very quick to respond when I had some queries during our hire. I would not hesitate to hire from them again and would definitely recommend them to others.
