We had a fantastic experience with Grampian Campervan Hire from start to finish. We had a few logistical issues around insurance before the trip, and Mieke was incredibly helpful in guiding us through everything. She went out of her way to make sure we could still go ahead with the journey, which we really appreciated. The campsite is very easy to find on Google Maps and is just about 15 minutes away from Huntly. When we arrived, Mieke was already there waiting for us, so there was no delay at all. As first-time campers, we found her explanation of everything very clear and reassuring. She took the time to walk us through all the essentials and shared her number, encouraging us to call anytime if we needed help. The return process was just as smooth, quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. Overall, it was a 10 on 10 experience. A lovely couple to deal with, and a special thanks again to Mieke for being so supportive and accommodating. We will definitely be going back and recommending them to our friends.

Fantastic experience with Grampian Fantastic experience with Grampian. The whole process was great from booking to reluctantly having to give Ben Lomond back. Meike is an excellent host, complete attention to detail and the vans are immaculate and came with everything needed. We were only able to do 3 days this time but will try a longer break next. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a van from Mieke and Jan from start to finish the whole process was easy and uncomplicated. The van was exactly as described and in excellent condition well maintained inside and out. The handover was easy and all the operating details were listed too. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and we are over the moon with the new van. We cannot thank them enough for all their help. Denise and Barry
